Faisal Chibsah

Faisal was discovered juggling a ball at the side of the road in Accra, Ghana, and was invited to join a trial the next day. He made the most out of this opportunity and received a full scholarship to the University of Delaware (NCAA DI).

After a successful College Soccer Career, Faisal received his Bachelor’s degree and changed roles to become the Assistant Coach of the Men’s Soccer program at the University of Delaware.

After several years at UDel he joined Charlotte FC of Major League Soccer as the Head of Academy Recruitment. Now, Faisal is working for FIFA as a High-Performance Specialist.

Faisal is eager to help others to get the opportunity he once received that changed his life.
